These things rock. Use them as a simple fan or add some ice/water and get a wonderful cool air blowing. Outside or inside if you don't mind the air a little damp. It is not a spray, but does raise the moisture level slightly.
Get 3-4 hours out of a full tub of ice. (the bottom comes off)
Highly recommended.
